By accessing or using GraveLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. GraveLink is operated by GraveLink Inc. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
GraveLink provides a platform for creating and hosting digital memorial pages, which may be linked to physical QR code and NFC markers. The Service allows users to upload photos, videos, biographical text, and other memorial content, and to receive guest book messages from visitors.
Paid plans are charged as a single, one-time fee at the time of purchase. There are no recurring subscription charges. GraveLink commits to maintaining memorial pages for the lifetime of the Service. In the event that GraveLink ceases operations, we will provide a minimum of 12 months' notice and data export tools to all users.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to GraveLink, including photos, videos, and text. By uploading content, you grant GraveLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and serve that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes any intellectual property rights. GraveLink reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Orders for physical markers (stainless steel or brass/bronze) are fulfilled by GraveLink or its manufacturing partners. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Refunds for physical markers are available before the order ships. Once shipped, physical markers cannot be returned. Digital plan refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraveLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GraveLink in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
